Every week we receive lots of nice comments and reviews from our customers, though seldom do we blog about them. This gentleman emailed us with a lovely review earlier this week and we feel it encapsulates so much of what we are about, that we felt it was worthy of a blog!
As always, we make sure that any comments or feedback is fed back to our team. We feel very proud of our staff for working together and conducting business in a professional manner. Without good people working for us, this quite simply isn't achievable. We invest time and money into training and we invest money into getting the latest equipment and machinery to help cut costs down. Making sure all health and safety requirements are met, we review each job, as if it was our own, and consider all options to find the most cost-effective way to complete the job. As it says here, we look at jobs in a positive manner with view to finding solutions, and not creating problems. We also, quite simply, stick to our word.

"We required 10 large trees taken down which were all overhanging our property causing all sorts of problems from blocking the drains and light getting to the roofs which caused lots of moss to grow on the tiles not to mention excessive insurance premiums.
We had several companies out, some ridiculous in price some saying that it was a real problem which you just know fine well that the word "problem" means more money and others said it was too difficult for them one even wanted me to hire a crane at £1500 a day over and above their cost!
I saw an LJX van in my area and decided to give them a call. I initially spoke to Fiona who arranged for Stephen to come out to assess the job.
I knew it was going to be challenging but the word problem was never mentioned.
I cannot speak highly enough of the skill and professionalism that the whole team showed right from Diane and Fiona in the office to the guys who came out to do the job! The job was completed in two days which is what they promised! On each day when they left the place was spotless.
I don't normally leave reviews but LJX certainly deserved this one so much so I have arranged for them to come back and do some more work.
The skill of the guys taking down the trees so close to the house was really something to behold and not a crane in sight.
